This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps that Matrix Technical Services has taken, and is continuing to take, to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chain.

2. Our Business

Matrix Technical Services provides managed technology solutions to businesses across the UK, including connectivity, networking, EPOS systems, payment solutions, and IT services. We operate exclusively in the United Kingdom.

3. Our Commitment

Matrix Technical Services has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chains.

4. Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains include technology hardware and software suppliers, telecommunications providers, and professional service providers. We seek to work with reputable suppliers who share our commitment to ethical business practices.

5. Due Diligence

We take the following steps to identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains:

  • Assessing the risk of modern slavery when selecting new suppliers
  • Including anti-slavery provisions in our supplier contracts where appropriate
  • Ensuring all employees are paid at least the National Living Wage
  • Maintaining clear recruitment and HR practices to prevent exploitation

6. Training and Awareness

We ensure that our team understands the risks of modern slavery and how to recognise and report potential concerns. Any member of staff who suspects modern slavery is encouraged to report it immediately.
